James has worked in and around the IT industry for over 20 years, which includes the last 10 years at Microsoft in the UK. His passion for what technology can do to deliver real value and benefit to businesses of all sizes and to individuals is clear to see when he presents and meets with Microsoft partners and customers. With experience in infrastructure, architecture, software development, business process, information management, software and hardware technologies, James is able to simplify how to use what can be a complex mix of technologies to deliver solutions in today’s business environments.


Malcolm Bullock, Unified Communications – Partner Technology Advisor at Microsoft UK

Malcolm has over 15 years’ experience working with Corporate IT organisations, with 9 years in Microsoft UK delivering strategic consulting, technical pre-sales and specialist sales roles to Major and Global accounts in retail, manufacturing, finance, local government and global SI verticals. He is a strategic thinker and a problem solver and regarded as a thought leader and trusted advisor. Malcolm has worked with Cranfield and SLOAN MIT around benefits management, Governance and Enterprise Architecture.

Malcolm has spent the last 3 years working with Microsoft customers and partners helping them to realise business change and cost reduction through Unified Communications, and simplifying the adoption of technologies such as Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Lync.


Andrew Fryer, Technical Evangelist at Microsoft UK, specialising in data management, manageability and security.

Andy’s role is to engage with the technical community both at events and on line through social media channnels like twitter, facebook YouTube and his blog as well as via TechNet.


Aurélien Dubot Digital Marketing Platform Group, Microsoft

Aurélien Dubot started working as a consultant for Beijaflore in 2003 focusing on Telecommunications. Strongly interested in portal technologies he worked on various engagements with France Telecom. As part of a team responsible for re-shaping the identity and profile management system of the Wanadoo now Orange, Aurélien worked on several interesting including the start of the first convergent services for mobile and web users in France.

After this very rich experience in telecommunications, he decided to take on new challenges. Aurélien naturally joined the technical sales branch of Fast Search and Transfer, later acquired by Microsoft. During this period, he has been engaging with several major corporations in various markets taking the opportunity to build and cultivate knowledge in applied enterprise search.

Now working in the Digital Marketing Platform Group of Microsoft, Aurélien helps companies understand the value that they can unlock from their web presences, providing best practices, educating about challenges and proposing Microsoft solutions.


Lawrie Siteman Founding Director, Program Framework

Lawrie Siteman is a founding director at Program Framework. He brings a strong combination of the technology and people skills most required to manage performance and change.

Lawrie has a range of responsibilities in the company and has been especially successful in the development of the partner ecosystem and Microsoft relationships enjoyed by Program Framework. Lawrie’s drive ensured Program Framework was one of the first companies to achieve the specialist Microsoft Gold Competency in Project and Portfolio Management.
